1. Do you ship to the USA or Norway?
   We DO NOT ship to either the USA or Norway.
   
   
2. Do you accept paypal, cheques or postal orders?
   Unfortunately we can only accept payment on credit and debit cards as it allows us to check the address of our customers. We also do not accept American Express.
   
   
3. Do you have a phone number?
   Due to medical requirements in giving information, customer service is dealt with by email and unfortunately we are unable to deal with enquiries by telephone. The form below is connected directly to our ticket system so there is no concern of emails being lost. We respond very quickly.
   
   
4. Do you sell medicine in bulk?
   KamagraNow.co.uk provides a service to patients and does not sell medicine in wholesale amounts. We cannot offer a best price or a bulk price.
   
   
5. Can I pick my order up or can you send it by courier?
   All prescriptions and orders are sent by post and we do not offer delivery by courier. Likewise you cannot pick your order, it must be posted. This is because we need to ensure the recipient is the patient.
   
   
6. When will my order be delivered?
   We cannot guarantee a delivery date but estimate delivery times. Please see http://www.kamagranow.co.uk/delivery.html. We are working on a system to provide more information to patients through tracking.
   
   
7. Can I take Kamagra whilst taking ............ ?
   Dr Govind Kumar issues a prescription based on the information you provide in the medical questionnaire. Suitability for treatment and compatibility with other medicines is the responsibility of yourself and your GP.
   
   
8. You have emailed to say my bank has declined my card. Why has this happened?
   We do not get detailed information about why your bank has declined your card. You need to contact your bank who maybe able to answer your queries.
   
   
9. Are your medicines safe to use? I have heard stuff about websites on the news.
   All medicine prescribed by Dr Govind Kumar is manufactured by Ajanta Pharma, Mumbai, India in strict clinical conditions and is completely safe. The Kamagra brand is well known and trusted. We recommend you avoid medicine from other websites with names you might not recognise. They could be potentially harmful.
   
   
10. I am having problems ordering on your site. Can you help?
    Most problems with using the website are down to the end-user's computer or their ISP (Internet service provider). Please note you need to enable Javascript to use KamagraNow.co.uk. In internet explorer, the security level needs to be Medium - High or lower.
    
    
11. My order has not been delivered. Please advise?
    If your items have not been delivered, please contact your local Post Office first as often, the postmen do not leave cards for items which cannot be delivered. Many times, they are just waiting there for you to collect. If they are not waiting there, please contact us using the form below. We answer all emails within 48 hours although typical times are much quicker. Responses are generally slower at the weekend and during public and religious holidays. Please do not send repeat emails during this time, this will end up in your enquiry lowering in priority as the multiple emails will then need to be collated into a single ticket.
